PRICE REDUCTION In factory Wine Red, some honest wear but nothing serious, first full year of production on the reintroduced Les Paul Standard, mahogany neck, maple top, 3-piece maple neck with bound rosewood fingerboard and crown inlays, “00” 1976-only serial number prefix, sandwich body, an original pair of fine-sounding T Top humbuckers, had Schallers but original Gibson-branded tuners are back on, pro refret, changed but correct bridge and tailpiece. “Standard” truss rod cover, we’ve seen some from this year with “Deluxe” truss rod covers. Large side dots, original 1976-dated CTS pots, and stamped serial number after the gold-inked 1976-only “00” prefix suggest Kalamazoo production. A little chunky but it’s a Norlin Les Paul, and has sustain for days, plays and sounds great, very cool color. No breaks or issues, comes in modern Gibson hard case.
