Cherry, in excellent condition. Real clean with a perfect goldilocks neck, not too big or too small. Plus ’59 is the first year with factory bigger frets. Just right as the story book goes. Our Goldilocks most likely likes to bend rippin blues licks with effortless sustain from an old growth mahogany body that is now almost 70 years old. She could eat half a bowl of porridge waiting for the sustain to stop.
Savvy Goldie knows the clean junior has a killa P-90 with an output of 9.82K. Turn to 7 and get crisp n clean. Turn to 10 and this guitar gets….angry.
Has no fade and no breaks and no bridge lean. Has the original tuners, knobs, electronics and strap buttons (careful Goldie). Has light checking a few honest dings but really clean. Comes with the original chip board case, Keeping in mind that a Murphy Lab Jr. is $6500 and was made yesterday.
