Finished in beautifully aged Lake Placid Blue over an alder body, this Custom Shop ’63 Tele delivers unmistakable vintage vibe with modern playability. The relic’d nitro lacquer gives it the look and feel of a well-loved original. It features a slab rosewood fretboard with clay dot inlays, a 9.5” radius, and narrow tall 6105 frets for smooth, easy bending. The quartersawn maple neck has a comfortable ’60 Style Oval C profile, measuring .820” at the 1st fret and .890” at the 12th fret. Loaded with hand-wound Custom Shop ’63 Telecaster pickups, it delivers everything you want from a great Tele: clarity, snap, and punch, with just the right amount of bite and warmth.
