Western Shaded top, with a short 24 7/8” scale and a special Old Growth Sitka Spruce top—offering a warm, broken-in tone right out of the case. No need to wait for the top to age—it’s already there.
East Indian Rosewood back and sides, herringbone top trim, ivoroid binding, and an ebony fingerboard with classic diamonds and squares inlays. This one has a comfortable modified V neck and was special ordered with a 1 11/16” nut width—just like the golden-era Gibsons and Martins. If you prefer the feel of those early necks, this will feel instantly familiar in your hands. Also ordered without a tongue brace for a more responsive top and fitted with nickel Waverly tuners for precise tuning. Another superb build from our friends in Austin, Texas. Comes in a deluxe hard shell case.
