Mahogany, added pickup. The wood body Nationals have one big thing going for them. They are much less heavy. Also the tone is loud and focused with great sustain. The unique National resonator with 3 aluminum spun cones give a strong note but balanced dissipating resonant frequencies with less spikes. This one was played and you can see the wear on the finish all over the guitar. The Lace Sensor pickup was added with a jack hole on the side of the guitar. Shows little fret wear. It’s a little beat up but still functional and sounds great. Comes with a beat plastic hard shell case.
