1973 Guild D-25 Bluegrass
$1,395.00In stock
Cherry Red, heavily faded. Had a recent neck reset so it plays very well and you save $450 for the repair. These were a mainstay guitar in the 70’s as Gibson acoustics of the era had double X braces and it wasn’t Martins best era. So Guild really was the guitar to get. Standard 16” wide body (ok, ok it’s really 15 34” wide), 25.5” scale length. Has a nice comfortable medium large neck, frets in good shape with original low mass three on a side tuners. Has a Sitka Spruce top, laminate arched Mahogany back and sides. Has the original rosewood bridge with a tall saddle and low action. This guitar has great volume, nice mids, long sustain and normal dings and scratches you’d see on a well played 50 year old guitar. There is some finish missing on the back of the neck from resting in the case. Comes with the original warranty card and handbook in the original hard case.
