Sunburst, acoustic archtop guitar. This script logo 16” archtop has a Solid Spruce top and arched Birdseye Maple back and sides. The three-piece maple neck has a Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard with pearl block inlays and a bound neck and headstock. The stair step bridge and harp tailpiece are original.

The bound tortoise pickguard extends below the bridge. All these features make an elegantly beautiful archtop. The low-mass Grover Sta Tites are original. These were made by the Waverly company back then according to Jay Scott in “The Guitars of the Fred Gretsch Co.” book. The sunburst finish is original, the action is low and the bridge sits tall. There are no cracks or breaks. By this time it was also called Model 100. Sold with pride. Comes with the original hard case.
