Weissenborn copy made by Finn #2
These are finely-made guitars patterned after real Weissenborns to rather exacting detail. Note bridge and headstock and then note the huge tone. This one has diamond inlays and faux binding. Made of reclaimed wood from a turn-of-the-century house (you can see the nail holes in the spruce top), and has poplar back and sides. These instruments featured a hollow neck for an extra resonating chamber. Easy to install a pickup if you’re so inclined. Strung with .12-gauge D’Addario Flat Tops but they can easily take .13s if you choose. Case optional.
