Lake Placid Blue, nitro lacquer finish, double-bound body, round-lam rosewood fingerboard with pearl dots, and spaghetti logo is essentially a ’64 Custom Telecaster reissue, although updated for modern lead playing with a 9.5″ radius board, vintage tall frets,’60s “C” neck profile, matched Pure Vintage ’64 pickups, three-ply white pickguard, a bone nut, and Kluson-style tuners round out the features. Plays and sounds great, terrific looks, and excellent Fender quality.
