PRICE REDUCTION This amp made for Duke Robillard, one of our heroes. Duke Robillard – Roomful of Blues and the Fabulous Thunderbirds – is a master player. I would never miss a chance to go see him. One day Duke came into Willie’s and traded this amp and his reissue Gold Top for a vintage piece he “had to have”. We sold the amp to local legend Randy Anderson (he played with Joey Molland on our Facebook Live videos last fall) and now it’s back with us. The tone? Think low-power tweed Twin with master volume and 4 inputs, or an early Marshall vibe. 2×5881 with a tube rectifier. The amp is 40 watts with 2 Eminence Redcoat (Celestion-style) 10″ speakers. An amazing amp that was built for Duke (it’s not really a Robillard model but it was made for him).
