2000 Gibson 1964 J-160E
$3,999.00In stock
Some checking and a little play wear but overall clean, structurally sound, and all-original. Bozeman-made reissue of Gibson’s iconic electrified dreadnought made famous by the Beatles, commissioned by Yamano, Gibson’s distributor in Japan, and as you probably know, Japan-exclusive Gibsons are often unusually cool. Laminate ladder-braced spruce top on solid mahogany back and sides, sloped shoulders and lovely tobacco sunburst finish, an unhoused stacked P-90 pickup in the soundhole, surface-mounted volume and tone controls with gold knobs, mahogany neck with bound rosewood fingerboard with trapezoid inlays, crown peghead inlay, Kluson-style tuners with plastic keystone buttons, and comes in its original factory hard case. Get your John and George on in style (or your Barry Gibb and Steve Marriott if you’re so inclined). Made in Bozeman, Montana, USA.
