Natural, VG, a bit of a nod to Gibson’s J-200. A big stage guitar with bling but a little smaller at 16” wide compared to the 17” Gibson. Has a 25.4” scale length and a 1 11/16” nut width. Also has bookmatched East Indian rosewood back and sides, mahogany neck with an ebony board fitted with large abalone hex inlays and three ply fingerboard binding. The headstock has the CF Martin abalone pearl inlay. Also features an abalone pearl rosette and Sitka Spruce top with bear claw grain now aged 25 years.

The top has a well done piece of spruce grafted into it done many years ago along with a repaired seam crack. The bracing on this model is scalloped for best projection. There are dings and scratches as you would expect from a guitar that sounds and plays this good. The two repaired cracks make this affordable and with an added pickup would make a great stage tool. CF Martin said this was made for the singer songwriter. It’s a cool blend of clean yet has a “fancy like that” unfussy vibe. Comes with the original hard case.
