Natural with herringbone trim, made in Japan. These were made to high standards with solid spruce tops and laminate rosewood back and sides. The rosewood fingerboards were stained to look like ebony. It is believed these guitars were assembled at the Martin factory from parts made in Japan and then sprayed with a real lacquer finish. They follow the same serial number sequence as US-made models. This one has had a recent neck reset and offers low action and good tone. Comes with a newer Martin hard case.
