1967 Martin D-28

VG++. A Brazilian rosewood classic. First, yes, this has been played, with its ambered lacquer finish, wear around the sound hole, finish checking, and an old repair near the fingerboard on the bass side. The strap locks will clue you in to the fact that this guitar has seen duty and it sounds fantastic. No…really. A thump and tone that only a well-played guitar will give. The next set was done recently so it has a nice new tall bone saddle and great action. As you might well know, 1968 was the year of the Brazilian rosewood embargo, which Martin had figured was coming since 1965. This is a really attractive set of bookmatched Brazilian so it’s truly a great find. With original hard case.
