1966 Harmony Patrician

In stock

Archtop guitar with solid spruce top. The Patrician was mid-line for Harmony as one of the cheapest Grand Auditorium archtops or “pro-level” guitars. No, this will not replace your Gibson L-5 but is a great example of a good American-made lacquer-finish carved archtop. Harmony made the “Montclair” model in fancy black finish for $72.50 in 1962. The natural-finish Patrician was more affordable at &62.50 with mahogany back and sides, celluloid tortoiseshell binding, mahogany neck, B grade Brazilian Rosewood fretboard, and “torque lok” adjustable truss rod. This one does not need a neck set and has nice low action, a great neck, aged lacquer, and a great loud percussive archtop tone for your home studio or campfire singalongs. Comes with a new plastic hard case.
