Natural, Sitka Spruce top, Mahogany back and sides, X-Braced. This is the proverbial beat but sweet vintage flat top with a big chunky neck and warm woody tone. It’s just out of our shop and now plays great. The good: scalloped braces and the extra binding of an LG-3, skinny bridge that’s been shaved and inlaid. As you can see it’s had a ton of repairs over the years including a center seam crack and an added cowboy pickguard and horse shoe inlays on the bridge. How cool is that? Has older replacement Schaller tuners, over-sprayed top finish along with lots of playing wear, scratches, shaved back brace. Great sound, easy action. Lots and lots of playing wear from decades of passionate playing. But if you are anywhere near fussy don’t buy this. We will Impose a 5% restocking fee plus shipping for returns. But, with one strum you will be in cowboy heaven. Comes with a non original hard case.
