All in matching grey fabric like a vintage Rickenbacker case. The amp is really a great-sounding model. I had heard that Forrest White, who was shop foreman at Fender at the time, made improvements to the Princeton amp that was made under his name in the factory. They have a different switch but I've never done a side-by-side comparison. Forrest White, incidentally, wrote a book about his time at Fender. These are kind of a must for the collector - if you're going to have only one table steel set this is a killer choice. All stock! They sound great together and the amp will be your favorite home recording amp. Impress your friends, $2900 On Hold
