Electric Solid Body1960s Nobel Thunderball Promo Guitar

Rocking the stage or saving the world from SPECTRE?

The Noble Thunderball 007 is an homage to the 1965 Bond film of the same name. While early Noble guitars were imported from Italian makers Wandre and Eko by Don Noble of Chicago, by the mid '60s the Noble brand was music distributor Strum 'n Drum's imprint for their Japanese imports. This guitar has the obligatory mid '60s offset body, tremolo, and complex electronics arrangement a la Fenders of the era. While certainly an interesting and playable guitar for the early Japanese import enthusiast; it's rarity, condition and included ephemera make it particularly collectible for film buffs as well as guitarists. As for provenance, this comes to us from our pal Tom Petersson - Cheap Trick - who has a knack for finding some of the more curious examples of guitariana to cross our threshold. Original case included. $Call For Price.
