Acoustic Flat TopNew Martin Custom Artinger Prototype
This is a one of a kind guitar made by builder extraordinaire Matt Artinger for Martin. Condition is pretty much mint. This incredible work of art features a 000 sized cutaway body, Adirondack spruce top with bear claw and style 41 blue paua and b/w boltatron top trim, beautiful Madagascar rosewood back and sides bound in highly figured Hawaiian koa. The fingerboard is ebony inlaid with split hex blue paua and is also bound in highly figured Hawaiian koa. The rosette is highly flamed koa and blue paua, this has a low profile neck, 1/4" top bracing and a 1 3/4" nut width. Another unique feature is the multi color optic light built into the headstock overlay and the side sound port wrapped with koa and blue paua inlays. The tone is simply outstanding. A very warm mellow and somewhat loud tone perfect for the finger style player. It must played to be fully appreciated. Comes with original deluxe gator hard case. $12,500
