Bass1961 Fender Jazz Bass
See through Blonde finish a rare factory original finish on a rare factory original stack knob bass. Years ago we this from the original owners widow. We found out he had bought it new, never modified it in any way and never used anything but Fender strings because that’s what the original dealer recommended. We then sold this bass to a very excited Nashville studio maven: Kevin "swine" Grantt (look him up). He, the second owner has played with everybody and we will include a hand written letter from Kevin. Willie just talked to him while he was in the studio recording with Willie Nelson. This bass has been on many hit record by Brad Paisley and others. It’s played but stock and comes with two cases the original and a newer one. If you want both it will require shipping in two boxes. The letter reads: "Some of the records I’ve used it on Brad Paisley, Jamey Johnson, Willie Nelson, Toby Keith, Josh Turner, Billy Gibbons and countless others stars". He also states: "you will not be disappointed with the punch, clarity and rich tone this bass delivers." He could have written catalog copy for the Fender crew.
